Alberto and his crew were really excellent - it was not an easy move due to tight spaces, multiple stories and bulky items, but they were very careful and very efficient.

The guys that came to move me were a terrific crew. Although I was promised 4 people to do the move, the three that came (Joseph, Alejandro, and I can't remember the third name -- I just called him Spiderman because of how fast he wrapped my furniture), were up to the job. They worked quickly, and exceeded my expectations (based on previous moves).

I have had some HORRIBLE moving experiences... and I was dreading this move back to the east coast, but the two movers who showed up were AWESOME.. Their names were Gregory and Stephan. I could not have been happier with the work they did.. They moved quick.. They were so pleasant, and just did a phenomenal job.. They really gave me confidence in using movers..I Just hope the guys on the other end of my move can stand up to this outstanding customer service..So far I would for sure only use Flat Rate again. and normally I would never take the time to write something like this, but I wanted to make sure they got credit for being great movers. Thanks.

The men could not have been more helpful, careful, or generally nicer to work with. I was so relieved by what could have been a nightmare. This group of 8 movers and 2 trucks (3 1/2 large loads) were as good as they could be!

Overall experience was very positive,office staff were prompt to respond to my questions.The movers were willing to listen to my concerns. I was impressed by how confident the movers were with the way they were able to fit all my stuff in the storage space.

I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire FlatRate team. From Dean, who waded patiently through endless questions and ever changing inventory lists, to Moises, Jason and Donald who packed my things far better and with more care than I would have, all I can say is that the experience was as pleasurable and stress free as any move could possibly be. I know thiis for certain, as I have moved a total of 33 times in my life, some with professionals and some moves on my own, criss-crossing the country and even had 2 overseas moves. The crew even packed at least 12 stained glass windows and several stained glass lamps. Every antique was treated with utmost care. The pricing was exactly as agreed upon in advance, and there were no surprise add ons...I will wholeheartedly encourage friends and family around the country to use Flat Rate for all of their future needs. I guess I dont have a reference point as to whether you were better or worse than others but things seemed to have gone pretty well. Other than few good-sized paint chips being knocked off during the move, no items were damaged. The workers were professional, friendly, and things were packed to prevent damage. They were helpful at the delivery putting items back together as well. Thanks.

I really appreciate the quality of work i have observed during my move, both th emovers Eddy and Jose were really very cordial and efficient, entire move was done with in 45 minutes and i am really impressed. Eagerly expecting the same service during unloading of stuff and timelines of delivery

Gerson and his crew rocked! They even put the losse DVD's back in their correct cases. Then they pulled a box of DVD's from the truck because I forgot to pack them for the cross country drive with my 3 & 6 year olds. These guys went above and beyond. The head of our moving crew was Gregory, and he was assisted by Gregorio, Florencio, and Arturo. They were very professional. They arrived on time, packed up my old place very quickly, and then unloaded at my new place carefully and quickly. The whole time they were smiling, making sure that they were doing everything the way we wanted it done. This was the easiest, most stress-free move I've ever had, and I'm looking forward to recommending FlatRate to friends.

I have to tell you that the crew of movers that you sent to pack me was amazingly professional. They did an wonderful job and I would recomend both them and your company highly to anyone needing a mover. Richard, your sales person, was thoughtful and considerate. His help was vital in planning my move. Moises and Jason Bravo, Donald Robinson and Clayborn Baylock were outstanding. They were polite, efficient, communicative, friendly, strong and worked extremely hard until the job was done. They were respectful of our furniture and belongings. I couldn't have asked for a better team. I only wish they could be there to unpack us too!

The guys worked very hard despite the heat. They forgot something in the truck but brought it to me that night. They were nice guys. Extremely helpful and got the job done. It was also nice that I knew they could take their time, as to not damage anything, and it would still cost the same. Thank you!!

The workers came a half hour early and did not have the equipment to move my piano. The move was then extended 30 extra minuets to wait for the piano moving exqupment to arrive. Only two of the movers were really working. The others were just really slacking. I would use Flat Rate again because overall the job got done. Oh, and then they got lost coming here.

I was impressed with the level if professionalism I experienced with the disptachers and movers. I have already recommended your services to two other people and will definiitley utilize your services if I move again in the future.

More than a Very Satified job, I have to say, without the CREW who came to packed and unpacked, I have the most respectful CREW on hand both in California and in Florida. Driver is so well informative on his delivery to Florida and how well he got our households delivered with almost no damage but a FEW at the most maybe 6 items. Job well done on both ends. I would highly recommend FLATRATE to any movers.

All of the staff was fantastic! We were VERY satisfied with the service we received. We did not know whet to expect and have heard of many unpleasant experiences with other companies. Wow...Flat Rate did it again. They exceeded all expectations from the office staff (Alice) to the fabulous guys who took all my possessions and moved em (Jose and the boys) into storage! I am sold for life on Flat Rate. They have to move me again..........everything went into a storage facility and I couldn't even imagine how to get all that stuff out without breaking it all! :) Thanks Flat Rate

Your employees at both ends of the move were terrific. I have never had movers act so carefully with my furniture and respond to my concerns so well. The delivery was even early - a first. The delivery team of Eddy, Jose and Lazaro in San Francisco were fantastic taking time to help move everything exactly where we wanted it. Great job. I would highly recommend FlatRate to everyone.

can't tell you guys how great my experience was with your company. i did a local move in los angeles, and the 2 guys that moved me were flawless, really nice, and incredibly thorough. i will call you guys again when i have to move. thanks to juan 2 and fili who were the guys you sent. they were amazing.
